Junior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Navan (4 days office) / Dublin (1 day site)
Type: Full-Time | Immediate Start
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career to gain hands-on experience across road maintenance and civil works projects, including bituminous surfacing, asphalt, and infrastructure delivery.
Responsibilities
* Assist in preparing cost estimates and tender documentation
* Support procurement and subcontractor coordination
* Help monitor project costs and prepare progress reports
* Ensure compliance with EHSQ standards and framework agreements
* Collaborate with senior QSs and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
Requirements
* Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related field
* 1–2 years of relevant experience preferred
* Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Good communication and time management skills
* experience on Irish or EU civil projects especially roads, runways etc.
