Job Title: Injection Moulding Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide technical guidance and leadership to optimize production/processing methods and controls for efficient quality delivery in moulding processes.
* Take ownership of process escalations for injection moulding to ensure timely troubleshooting and resolution using systematic root cause analysis.
* Optimize tool set-up and changeover activities to meet production targets and deadlines.
* Support the development of new process set-ups, proof of concept, and validation runs for existing and new production and prototype tools.
* Ensure compliance with EHS and cGMP policies and procedures, leading safety audits, 5S, and cGMP activities online.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent; 3rd level NCEA Level 6 (Mechanical / Plastics Engineering) or equivalent preferable.
* 5+ years of injection moulding experience, preferably in healthcare with high-volume automation desirable.

* Ability to operate injection moulding equipment and complete accurate documentation.
* Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
* Good mechanical and process aptitude.
