Job Description Join our fabulous team at McWilliam Park Hotel as Maintenance Manager The Role: The Maintenance Engineer's key purpose is to ensure that all areas of the hotel are maintained in proper working order, to the highest possible standards.
This in turn ensures the health and safety of all staff and guests at all times.

The hotel boasts 103 comfortable large sized hotel bedrooms, a leisure club (Evolve Health Fitness) with a fully equipped gym, an indoor heated swimming pool and children's pool.
Responsibilities: Upkeep of the Hotel and all grounds of Hotel Collect list of maintenance requests and log at reception daily and ensure all items are rectified as soon as possible To create and maintain a proactive schedule of maintenance for all areas of the hotel.
To maintain the records of all external contractors and suppliers, keeping all documentation, contact lists and schedules of maintenance up to date and organised.
To ensure that all plant, boilers, radiators, lifts, fire alarm panel, pool plant, refrigeration, plumbing, Air Con and other machinery on the premises is fully functional and in good working order at all times.
This includes executing basic repairs yourself, as well as liaising with external service providers and contractors To ensure that all maintenance issues are recorded, scheduled and addressed in a timely fashion.
To create and maintain a proactive and preventative schedule of maintenance for all areas of the hotel.
To create and maintain a proactive schedule of service for all plant, boilers, radiators, lifts, fire alarm panel, pool plant, refrigeration, plumbing, Air Con and other machinery on the premises and to ensure this schedule is adhered to.
To maintain the records of all external contractors and suppliers, keeping all documentation, contact lists and schedules of maintenance up to date and organised.
To meet with external inspectors to share documentation if/when requested to do so.
To liaise with fire officer in conjunction with General Manager if/when requested to do so.
About The Role Requirements: 3-4 years' experience in Maintenance management.
Experience in: Preventive maintenance systems Equipment troubleshooting Budget and cost control Strong communicator; and comfortable in contributing to the overall hotel strategy.
Ability to build relationships and influence with all levels of the business.
Flexibility and a proactive approach are a must in this role.
Excellent communication and people management skills, enthusiastic and motivated.
