Occupational Therapy Role
We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our Adult Primary Care Services team in West Clare.
About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a progressive and supportive multidisciplinary environment, delivering high-quality occupational therapy services to adults in the local community.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred assessment, intervention, and support for adults with a range of needs
* Work collaboratively with individuals, families, carers, and the wider primary care team
* Contribute to health promotion, prevention, and rehabilitation initiatives in the community
* Maintain accurate clinical records and participate in service planning and evaluation
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
* A recognised qualification in Occupational Therapy
* Registration with CORU as an Occupational Therapist
* Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential for community work)
