The Role

As our People Business Partner, you will act as a strategic catalyst, aligning our human capital with ambitious business goals to drive organisational maturity. You are the bridge between leadership vision and operational excellence, ensuring our high-performance culture scales alongside our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory: Partner with senior leaders to design organisational structures and workforce plans that support rapid global expansion.

Performance Excellence: Drive the annual performance cycle, coaching managers to foster a culture of high-potential growth and accountability.

Change Leadership: Act as a key agent during organisational shifts, managing communications and transitions to ensure team stability.

Data-Driven Solutions: Analyse People metrics to design and implement initiatives that measurably improve employee experience and retention.

Talent Development: Identify critical skills gaps and collaborate on learning programmes to evolve our internal talent pipeline.

Risk Mitigation: Ensure all management practices remain compliant with local labour laws while maintaining a pragmatic, solution-oriented approach.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience as an HRBP or HR Generalist, ideally within a fast-paced tech or scale-up environment.

Proven track record in Talent Management and leading complex organisational development projects.

Strong Consulting & Coaching skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders.

Deep understanding of labour laws and HR best practices.

Native or professional fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).

Bonus Points

Experience navigating large-scale reorganisations or international expansions.

Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
