Responsibilities Lead planning, execution, and completion of projects in line with contract requirements Review contract documents, specifications, and scope to ensure full project understanding As Contracts Manager, you will manage schedules, resource allocation, and sequencing of works Oversee variations, change orders and claims, including timely submission and documentation Monitor project progress, performance, and productivity, implementing corrective actions as needed Manage subcontractor relationships and performance Requirements 5+ years experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in Mechanical Engineering This Contracts Manager will need a strong understanding of construction contracts, regulations, and industry standards Qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or equivalent experience Proficiency in MS Office and willingness to learn client platforms Benefits Salary: €100 - 120k DOE Generous living away allowance provided by the company Single occupancy accommodation and utility bills provided Regular return flights Excellent career progression opportunities Pension contribution Laptop provided If you are a Contracts Manager who is looking for your next career move, send your CV to Kate OHerlihy or call for a confidential discussion.
