The Pricing Manager plays a crucial role in driving profitability and strategic growth within the organisation. This position involves developing and implementing effective pricing strategies that align with business goals.Role and ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities:Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives.Collaborate with commercial, technical and finance teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.Monitor and analyze pricing trends and adjust strategies accordingly.Prepare and present pricing reports to senior management.Manage pricing software and tools.Ensure pricing policies comply with regulations and company policies.Provide support to the transaction team on modelling and analytics for various commercial aircraft, engines, and airframes including assisting in decisions on sales forecasts and deal financial models.Ensure sale/purchase decisions are made with the aim of achieving company targets for growth, profitability, and performance.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, or related roles.2 + years experience in Aircraft LeasingStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical software.Excellent communication and leadership skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
