* Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the daily operations of food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, and events.
* Deliver high levels of guest service and maintain strong customer satisfaction scores.
* Recruit, train, and manage F&B staff to ensure team motivation and adherence to service standards.
* Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef and other department heads to enhance menus and service offerings.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase revenue, efficiency, and guest experience.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a food and beverage management role within a hotel or resort environment.
* Strong leadership and team development skills.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, cost controls, and service delivery.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Flexible and adaptable approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends.
* A passion for hospitality and a guest-first mindset.
* Living in Ireland and having the right to work in the Republic of Ireland.
