Job Overview:
The organization is seeking a Digital Transformation Expert to lead the delivery, maintenance and quality assurance of ICT systems and/or infrastructure. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a range of key tasks, including delivering digital solutions that drive continuous improvement, leading teams of specialists and developing ICT strategies to support business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering digital solutions or services that deliver continuous improvement, drive efficiencies and positively impact service delivery.
* Leading a team of ICT, digital and/or business engagement specialists, ensuring a focus on continuous improvement and service delivery.
* Developing and implementing ICT strategies to support business objectives.
* Maintaining and improving ICT systems and infrastructure to ensure they are secure, efficient and effective.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in ICT and digital technologies, with experience in at least one of the following areas: Digital/ICT Business Engagement, ICT Operations/Infrastructure, Networks & Cyber Security, or Software Development. They will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
