Senior Fund Operations Specialist
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fund Operations Specialist to join our team.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial operations, and reporting across a range of regulated entities. This includes providing financial control and oversight of external service providers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead financial and operational control for multiple Real Estate funds.
2. Produce, reconcile, and analyse monthly financial and operational performance, consolidating group-level results across multi-currency entities.
3. Support capital call and distribution processes, cash and liquidity management, and fund performance reporting.
4. Provide transaction support for new investments and divestments, including KYC and due diligence oversight.
5. Prepare financial modelling and analysis of incentive structures (LTIPs) and fund-level performance KPIs.
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Accountant with 5–10 years' post-qualified experience. Strong background in fund administration, investment management, or fund operations. Solid understanding of private markets structures and multi-jurisdictional entities.
