We're on the lookout for passionate and motivated Full-Time & Part-Time team members to join our vibrant gym community. If you're enthusiastic about fitness and helping others achieve their goals, this is the opportunity for you
As a part of the Energie Fitness Galway team, you'll be involved in:
* Sales & Outreach: Engage with potential members and spread the word about our fantastic gym.
* Group Inductions: Lead and guide new members through their gym experience.
* Program Design: Create personalized fitness plans for members and group classes.
* Gym Equipment Training: Show new members how to safely and effectively use our equipment.
* Motivation: Inspire and support clients to achieve their fitness goals.
* Facility Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the gym.
What we're looking for:
* Fitness Instructor Qualification (essential).
* Ability to teach a variety of classes, including:
* Circuits
* Body Pump
* Spin Classes
* TRX
* Kettlebells
* Pilates
* Flexible Availability: We're very flexible with our work shifts but you must be available to work some mornings, evenings, and weekends.
Desirable:
* Personal Trainer Qualification
* Positive, Friendly Attitude: A must for creating an encouraging and welcoming atmosphere for our members.
