Cashel Palace Hotel, Co. Tipperary
Cashel Palace Hotel is seeking an experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join The Bishop's Buttery, our Michelin Star fine dining restaurant.
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the restaurant, lead the front-of-house team during service, and ensure exceptional guest experiences delivered to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise fine dining service to Michelin Star standards
* Lead and support the front-of-house team during service
* Deliver warm, professional and attentive guest service
* Ensure excellent product knowledge of menus, wine and allergens
* Support training, service preparation and operational standards
* Ensure compliance with food safety and health & safety procedures
The Ideal Candidate
* Previous supervisory or senior waiting experience in a fine dining or high-end restaurant
* Passion for hospitality and attention to detail
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Wine knowledge is an advantage
