Role Title: Field Service Engineer Business Area: Managed Services About This Role: Due to continued expansion ofeir Business,we are now seeking to recruit an experienced Field Service Engineerthat will work closely with our Managed Services Team, working on a dedicated team, supporting an evolving and exciting multi-technology IT environment.
The successful candidate will work on and receive exposure to different technologies, Microsoft Servers, Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, as well as the latest Microsoft applications & solutions.
Expectations From The Role: On site resourcing cover - operating within a customer's environment and under their governance.
Provision accounts and equipment Supporting Windows Desktops, Outlook, Networks, Ms.
Office, O365 Maintain and build the current documentation in place.
Interacting with and managing 3rd parties Application troubleshooting and support.
Imaging and Deployment Manage File Permissions and Access Rights Configuration and Support of Mobile Devices Hardware Fault Investigation and Diagnosis Resolution and Recovery, Reducing impact where possible.
Work with other ICT teams or 3rd parties where required.
Create and maintain Documentation of Customer's Environment Requirements For A Successful Application:3-5 Years working in an IT Support Environment Extensive Windows Desktop skills and Strong knowledge of Active Directory Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills Industry Accreditation Networking technologies, Firewall and Switching principles.
Microsoft Exchange Administration and Support Candidates must be eligible to work in Ireland or currently hold a Stamp 4 Visa to apply.
