The successful candidate will have: A minimum of 12 months' experience working as a receptionist/front of house member of staff in a busy office (preferably in the Motor industry) Strong proficiency of computer applications (ie.
Microsoft office etc) Previous experience working in office administration Fluent English Excellent presentation Excellent communication and inter-personal skills Main reception duties: Customer meet & greet.
Answering Phones Checking E-Flow transactions Change ownership on used cars Registering new cars Updating & maintaining many spreadsheets Sales Administration Recording outgoing post Filing Adhoc Administration Excellent organizational skills Ability to work well in a Team and to work on own initiative.
Working Hours: (8:30 a.m.
- 5:30 p.m.
Monday Friday) Salary: Depending on experience.
