Learning Development Specialist: Elevate Customer Experience
We are seeking a seasoned Learning and Development professional to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in elevating customer experience across our stores.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and deliver engaging training presentations and activities both in-person and virtually.
* Travel to store locations nationwide, providing coaching and mentoring to support product knowledge and customer experience.
* Work closely with store managers and retail operations to identify training priorities and tailor programs to meet local needs.
* Carry out administrative tasks to ensure smooth running of training initiatives.
* Create content and learning materials to support continuous in-store learning and development, including content for our internal LMS.
