Ingenio is partnering with a fast-growing, global platform that’s redefining how companies build meaningful relationships at scale.
The opportunity:
You won’t inherit a finished system - You’ll build it.
Working directly with the CEO and founders, you’ll take full ownership of how the business runs — from revenue to operations, from people to performance — and turn ambition into a scalable, predictable engine.
This is part strategist, part operator, part builder.
If you’ve scaled a company before, you’ll recognise the moment:
Things are working
Growth is real
But the next level needs structure, discipline, and sharper execution
That’s the mission.
What you’ll actually do
You’ll sit at the centre of the business — not observing it.
Driving it.
Turn strategy into execution: translate vision into clear, measurable plans
Own the operating engine: revenue, operations, finance, people, legal, logistics
Build the infrastructure for scale: systems, processes, reporting, accountability
Lead planning cycles: budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking
Bring clarity to complexity: define the metrics that matter and make them visible
Strengthen the leadership team: align priorities, sharpen decision‑making
Partner with the CEO and Board on growth, fundraising, and strategic moves
This is end‑to‑end ownership. No silos. No passengers.
What makes this role different
You’ll shape how the company scales — not just manage it
You’ll work directly with founders who are still deeply involved
You’ll operate across every function, not just one vertical
You’ll step into a business with real traction, not theory
What they’re looking for
You’ve been here before. Not necessarily with the same title — but in the same kind of moment.
You’ve scaled a high‑growth business (marketplace, e-commerce, or SaaS)
You’re commercially sharp and deeply data‑driven
You can zoom out to strategy — and dive straight into execution
You build systems that last, not quick fixes
You lead through clarity, not control
You’re hands‑on when it matters, and decisive when it counts
Most importantly: you know how to turn growth into something repeatable.
The essentials
€120,000 salary + equity potential
Hybrid working (Dublin)
If you want to be the person who turns a high‑potential company into a high‑performance one — this is worth a conversation.
