Senior R&D Engineer
Summary:
The Senior R&D Engineer plays a key role in leading complex research and development efforts. With advanced technical depth and breadth, you'll design and guide studies, develop innovative solutions, and support the transition of research into market-ready products.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design, development, and analysis of research initiatives or product components.
2. Provide technical expertise and troubleshoot complex problems throughout the development process.
3. Design and execute studies focused on answering advanced life science questions.
4. Participate in or lead product research and development, including clinical trial involvement as needed.
5. Drive the translation of research findings into commercially viable solutions.
Requirements:
6. Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a relevant field.
7. Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
8. Advanced knowledge of your area of expertise, combining both breadth and depth.
9. Practical experience in project management is a plus.
10. Strong leadership, technical, and cross-functional communication skills.
