We are looking for a Grade 3 Administratorto oversee the loaning of educational materials and manage all administrative tasks related to school competitions.
Salary:€30=33K Key Responsibilities: Coordinating the loaning process for educational resources, ensuring materials are tracked and returned on time Managing competition administration, including registrations, communications, and logistics Keeping accurate records and maintaining databases for both resource lending and competition entries Liaising with teachers, students, and external organisations to provide excellent support Preparing reports and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures What Were Looking For: Strong organisational and administrative skills with great attention to detail Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a structured environment and enjoys supporting educational initiatives.
