Senior Reinsurance Accountant

We are seeking a skilled Senior Reinsurance Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills and experience in financial services, with a strong understanding of reinsurance accounting principles.

Job Description:

1. Provide timely and accurate reinsurance financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders
\
2. Maintain general ledger and sub-ledgers (SAP based)
\
3. Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
\
4. Support the year-end external audit by responding to auditors' requests for information and documentation
\
5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
\
6. Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including group project work on streamlining processes
\
7. Support management reporting for local committees and Board Meetings, as required
\
8. Support ongoing compliance with IRCS to ensure integrity of Financial Statements

10. Rlevant working experience (3-5 years post qualification) in the financial services sector

About the Role:
