Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the sales process from lead generation to close for new and used agricultural machinery.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territory.
* Develop strong relationships with both new and existing customers, providing aftersales support where necessary.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and competitive advantages.
* Organize and conduct on-site demonstrations and attend local events.
* Work closely with the service and parts departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, preferably within the agricultural or machinery industry. They should possess strong knowledge of agricultural equipment and farming practices, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first approach. Self-motivation, goal orientation, and the ability to work independently are also essential requirements. Proficiency in using CRM systems and general IT tools is required. A full clean driving license is also necessary for this role.
