Job Description
The Role Holder will be responsible for providing best-in-class administrative support and insights to the Client Service Manager and New Business Manager, ensuring excellence in Clients Retail Execution Programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account performance management - supporting in controlling costs, margin, and budget delivery
* General Account Administrative Responsibilities
* Coordinate activity to ensure the field teams have all they need to do their roles in the field
* Process onboarding and offboarding of team members when required
* Client relationship management
* Conducting regular compliance audit calls for the field team when required
* Preparation and distribution of Client Reports as per Agreed Contract Timelines
* Understanding insights from reports to assist sales teams and clients in selling more products in field/store
* Assist the Client Service Manager with presentations to summarise sales team performance
* Supporting the New Business Manager
