Overview
As our Montessori Room Leader, you'll lead the daily routines and learning experiences in our Montessori room, guiding a small group of children aged 3–5 years.
You'll create engaging, child-led activities, maintain a beautiful, prepared environment, and support each child's development.
In this role you will be working closely with our Montessori room assistant, in which you would work together to plan activities, implement curriculum and build children's development.
Responsibilities
Work alongside a team.
Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and routines
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment
Build strong relationships with children and families
Maintain records and observations in line with regulatory requirements
