We're hiring for a Project Manager in Dublin, Ireland. The role holder must be willing to travel onsite 3 days a week.
Our client plays a strategic leadership role in advancing digital service delivery and driving innovation across the public sector. They maintain oversight of digital and ICT-related initiatives proposed by government departments and agencies, ensuring these align with national priorities and standards. Additionally, our client represents Ireland at the European Union level on matters related to public service ICT, digital transformation, and eGovernment.
The following key responsibilities are applicable to this role:
1. Lead and manage the risk, quality, and progress of ICT projects to organisational standards.
2. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, to quality standards, and within scope.
3. Plan and manage the implementation of organisation-wide processes, procedures, tools, and techniques for risk management related to business processes and ICT-enabled change.
4. Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong organisational abilities.
5. Hold a recognised Project Management qualification, e.g., PMP (Project Management Professional).
6. Demonstrate experience in managing both traditional waterfall and agile projects at scale.
