Marketing Specialist - (Maternity cover temp to perm)
Contract: 9‑month fixed‑term contract (maternity cover) with the possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Location: Kiltimagh, Co. Mayo (Hybrid Working)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 hours
About the role
You will drive brand awareness across the Irish market by executing integrated marketing campaigns and creating compelling content for B2B and B2C audiences.
Responsibilities
* Lead brand awareness initiatives through integrated campaigns and localised global assets.
* Collaborate with global marketing to adapt campaigns to Irish market.
* Create engaging, accurate, and persuasive content for social media, email, website, and other channels.
* Support the external sales team with marketing materials and tools.
* Build campaigns that strengthen the Kramp brand and drive sales for key products.
* Plan and execute segmented email campaigns.
* Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and dealers to ensure alignment.
* Track and report on campaign performance, with recommendations for improvement.
* Assist in planning and promoting events and exhibitions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally in B2B or wholesale/distribution sectors.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to tailor messaging for different audiences.
* Experience managing multi‑channel campaigns (social media, email, web).
* Good understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics (Google Analytics, Tableau, CRM, email platforms).
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
* Strong attention to detail and creative problem‑solving.
* Interest or experience in AI developments and paid advertising.
* Experience in agriculture sector desirable but not essential.
* Knowledge of graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
* Experience in video content creation (not essential).
