Job Title:
Project Coordinator & Scheduler
As a seasoned Project Coordinator & Scheduler, you will play a pivotal role in developing and managing integrated construction schedules across multiple disciplines, ensuring seamless project delivery.
* Create and maintain detailed project schedules spanning all phases and disciplines.
* Coordinate inputs from various teams to ensure consistency and accuracy.
* Monitor progress, identify deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
* Implement and manage progress measurement systems.
* Present schedule updates and control procedures to internal teams and clients.
* Analyze schedule data using filters, lookaheads, histograms, and S-curves.
* Collaborate closely with site management and project teams.
* Generate forecasts, variance reports, and project documentation.
Requirements:
* Relevant third-level qualification.
* 45 years of experience in a planning role within the construction industry.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera.
* Strong understanding of Civil, M&E, and Fit-Out works.
* Excellent communication and analytical skills.
* Proactive team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
