Our Client. A leading residential developer within the construction industry is seeking a Health and Safety manager to Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Health & Safety Management System across all residential developments.
Responsibilities
* Act as the lead competent person for health and safety within the organisation.
* Ensure full compliance with the Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and associated Construction Regulations.
* Advise senior management, project managers, and site teams on health and safety matters.
* Carry out regular site inspections, audits, and safety tours across multiple residential sites.
* Identify hazards and ensure suitable risk assessments and method statements (RAMS) are prepared and implemented.
* Monitor and manage contractor and subcontractor health and safety performance.
* Ensure compliance with duties of Client, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), and Project Supervisor Construction Stage (PSCS).
* Review construction phase safety plans and ensure effective site coordination.
