The Opportunity and Role As aresult of an internal promotion, Sonas Bathrooms is now recruiting for aCommercial Sales Manager to join our team in the Dublin and Leinster region. The role is to continuously improve sales within the Residential& Contract channel of the Sonas Bathroom business across the Greater Dublinand Leinster region. The Candidate We are seeking an ambitious and commercially drivenCommercial Sales Manager to lead the growth of our business across thecommercial and residential bathroom sectors. Build and maintain strong partnerships with the keypersonas in the bathroom sector Promote the product and service solutions availablefrom SONAS Bathrooms to all key marketplace personas. Build distribution and brand demand for the SONASBathrooms portfolio. Identify, develop, and convert new businessopportunities while maximising existing customer relationships. Use the CRM system to support opportunity managementand pipeline conversion. Collaborate with Specification support team to honethe SONAS Bathrooms quote process and win in market. Collaborate with procurement and product team tooptimise accuracy between forecast and execution. Maximise the suite of business resources madeavailable to you from the business. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, pricingmovements, and customer requirements to identify opportunities and risks Represent SONAS Bathrooms at industry events,exhibitions, and networking opportunities to strengthen brand presence andgenerate demand. Act as a trusted advisor to customers by providingexpert product knowledge, commercial guidance, and effective problem-solvingsupport. Key SkillsRequired for the Role Strong sales capability with a customer-focusedapproach. Commercial awareness and understanding of corefinancial principles relevant to sales performance. Ability to analyse market data, trends, andinsights to identify growth opportunities Effective presentation and communication skills. Strong relationship and rapport building.
