This is a 6 month contract with possibility of extension.Your new role As the Onboarding Coordinator, you will be responsible for:Stakeholder management – tracking data on workers and new hires.Control processes confidently and empathetically.You will manage changing priorities and be a key point of contact for new hires.Engage with new starters and senior management team ensuring a great experience for all involved.What you'll need to succeed You will have at least 2 years' experience working in a similar, people-centric role.
You will have strong computer skills with experience using Excel & PowerPoint.
You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and able to work on own initiative.
