About This Role
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Business Analyst to join our team and drive significant improvements in Gross-to-Market (GTM) efficiency. As a key member of our Sales Strategy & Operations team, you will serve as a strategic business partner to our BUILD and SCALE programs, translating program strategy into actionable execution plans.
As the ideal candidate, you have hands-on experience designing and implementing automation workflows that measurably improve operational efficiency at scale. You possess strong analytical skills, with the ability to leverage AI/LLM tools to scale operations. Additionally, you have demonstrated systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of breaking down complex problems and driving end-to-end solutions with minimal oversight.

The successful candidate should be able to build dashboards or data workflows using SQL or similar tools, translate complex data into clear insights, and ensure seamless collaboration among stakeholders across sales product & Data teams.
