The Salthill Hotel is seeking an experienced and dynamic Rooms Division Manager to oversee our Front Office and Housekeeping teams, ensuring smooth daily operations and consistently excellent guest experiences.
This is a senior management role, reporting directly to the Manager, with responsibility for standards, profitability, and people development across the Rooms Division.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the Front Office and Housekeeping teams, ensuring high standards of guest service and efficiency.Oversee departmental budgets, labour costs, and key performance metrics (occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, guest satisfaction).
Develop, coach, and mentor HODs and supervisors, building a strong team culture.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards.Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and F&B to optimise hotel performance.Drive guest satisfaction scores and respond proactively to guest feedback.Implement systems, procedures, and training to maximise efficiency and service consistency.RequirementsMinimum 3 years' management experience in a 4 or 5star hotel Rooms Division, Front Office, or similar leadership role.Strong knowledge of PMS systems (Opera Cloud an advantage).
