A prominent civil engineering contractor is currently seeking a Civils Site Agent for an exciting opportunity based in Maynooth, Kildare.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations on civil engineering sites, ensuring projects are executed smoothly.
Lead and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project success.
Monitor project progress, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.
Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and other project teams to align on project objectives.
Provide technical support and guidance to the site team.
Maintain accurate site records and reports.
Key Requirements
Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in managing civil engineering projects or overseeing large-scale site operations.
Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods and safety standards.
Full clean driving license.
