WithORLA is a coffee shop and accessories boutique where great design, thoughtful details, and warm service matter. We're looking for an experienced Boutique Sales Assistant to focus on the boutique side of the business and help create a welcoming, beautifully curated space for our customers.
This role suits someone who genuinely enjoys customer service, has a strong eye for visual merchandising, and takes pride in keeping a retail space looking its best.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide a friendly, attentive, and genuine customer experience
* Assist customers with product selection, styling, and gifting
* Keep the boutique looking beautifully presented through thoughtful displays and merchandising
* Maintain high standards of organisation, cleanliness, and visual appeal
* Process sales accurately using the POS system
* Support stock replenishment and general stock organisation
* Handle customer queries, exchanges, and returns in a professional manner
* Work closely with the wider withORLA team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Support opening and closing duties when required
About You
* Previous experience in customer service or retail is essential
* Confident and comfortable engaging with customers
* Strong eye for displays, merchandising, and detail
* Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
* Calm and positive in a busy environment
