What you'll do:
* Deliver first- and second-level support across Windows, Microsoft 365, and core business applications
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues with laptops, desktops, mobile devices, and workplace tech
* Administer user accounts, system access, and endpoint security
* Partner with infrastructure and security teams to resolve issues and roll out upgrades
* Provide ad-hoc training and guidance to help colleagues get the most out of their tech
* Contribute to IT projects, disaster recovery testing, and process improvements
What you bring:
* Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Active Directory
* Experience with MDM solutions (Intune or similar), endpoint protection, and backup technologies
* Knowledge of networking basics (DNS, DHCP, Group Policy)
* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
* Relevant IT qualification or certifications (CompTIA, MCSA, etc.)
