**Senior Site Manager Role Overview**
This position requires a highly experienced professional to manage a large education project from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and adherence to health and safety regulations. The successful candidate will lead a team of contractors, oversee logistics, and coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers.
Main Responsibilities:

Necessary Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of 6-8 years of experience in managing medium-to-large-scale construction or building projects, preferably in education or institutional buildings.
* A proven track record of delivering complex projects in Ireland or the UK, with equivalent experience.
* A degree or certification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a strong trade background with demonstrable managerial roles.
* Excellent leadership, commercial awareness, ability to forecast/control costs, and strong understanding of Irish building regulations.
