My client is looking for a Senior Transformation Program Manager - (Finance) - to join their organisation in Cork.
This is a permanent role.
Responsibilities Lead and deliver global finance transformation projects focused on process improvement and automation Partner with accounting and business stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and design scalable solutions Manage multiple projects end-to-end, including planning, prioritisation, execution, and delivery using Agile and/or traditional methods Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, IT, Compliance) to ensure solutions meet business and regulatory requirements Drive standardisation and automation of finance processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and speed of financial close Provide insights, reporting, and recommendations to senior stakeholders to support strategic decision-making Key Skills and Experience Strong program/project management experience, ideally across large, complex, global environments Background working with finance or accounting teams, with an understanding of financial processes Proven experience delivering process improvement and automation initiatives with measurable outcomes Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams Experience working with Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
