Lead a Team to Deliver Outstanding Customer Experiences
Job Summary: As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail store. You will be the face of our company, and your team's performance will determine our brand's reputation with each guest interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Be a Role Model: Be a role model in store for guest experience and a true ambassador for our brand. 80% of your time will be invested right on the shop floor ensuring the execution of our service model, striving to complete all monthly mystery shops, maximizing repeat business by creating NPS promoters, inspiring store staff to consistently deliver outstanding branded experiences.
* Lead and Develop Teams: Lead, inspire, and develop teams for continued success. Recruit and develop a highly productive and collaborative team, communicate through active coaching and performance management, inspire to deliver signature experiences, and ensure continuous learning by providing product knowledge and service training.
* Drive Store Results: Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (CR, UPT, ATV etc.), deal with uncertainty, supervise business processes, maintain impeccable merchandising and cleanliness standards, and improve efficiency & profit by maintaining sound operational practices.
* Build Relationships: Build rapport and a collaborative environment within the store and with our partners on both operational and people aspects such as Retail Marketing, Retail operations, EHS (Health and safety) and Human Resources.
Requirements:
* Experience: Experience in store management coming from an international retail environment.
* Leadership Ability: Demonstrated leadership ability and proven record of developing staff; experience training new staff at all levels.
* Communication Skills: Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
* Time Management: Excellent time management and organizational skills.
* Knowledge: Knowledge of and experience with retail POS systems and operations; knowledge in budgeting, profit & loss statements, scheduling, loss prevention, and cash management is an asset.
* Flexibility: Be able to work flexible hours; occasional travel may be required.
