Requirements
3-5 years' professional experience within Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, M&A Advisory, Deals Advisory or a similar environment
Previous experience gained within a Big 4 Deals team, leading advisory firm, investment banking or private equity environment
Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical capabilities
Excellent academic record with a consistent track record of achievement
Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with senior stakeholders
Role and Reporting Lines
Reporting directly to the Investment Director and working closely with the wider investment team, responsibilities will include:
Investment Analysis – Assess potential investment opportunities through detailed financial and commercial analysis
Financial Modelling – Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support investment decisions and portfolio reviews
Due Diligence – Coordinate and evaluate financial, commercial, operational and legal due diligence processes
Transaction Execution – Support the execution of acquisitions, refinancings and exit processes across the portfolio
Portfolio Management – Work with portfolio company management teams to monitor performance and drive value creation initiatives
Stakeholder Engagement – Develop relationships with management teams, advisors, lenders and other key market participants
