Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Manager II to lead our Day Ward team at UPMC Whitfield Hospital. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage resources effectively.
In this role, you will be responsible for co-ordinating and managing activity within the clinical area, ensuring that high-quality care is delivered to patients. You will also participate in teams / meetings / committees as appropriate, communicating and working in cooperation with other team members.
The ideal candidate will have experience in change management and possess a strong understanding of HR policies and procedures. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions quickly.
