Key Responsibilities
* Customer Service: Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service.
* Answer customer inquiries and offer assistance as needed.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Stock Management: Receive, sort, and price donated items.
* Create visually appealing displays.
* Maintain a tidy and organized shop floor.
* Visual Merchandising: Assist in creating visually appealing window displays and in-store promotions.
* Ensure the shop's overall presentation is inviting and professional.
* Fundraising: Encourage donations and explain how they benefit the charity.
* Administrative Tasks: Handle cash and till operations.
Ideal Candidate
* Excellent Customer Service Skills: Friendly and outgoing personality.
* Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
* Retail Experience: Previous retail experience is beneficial but not essential.
