Job Title: Senior Operations Manager
The ideal candidate will be a seasoned project manager with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role involves overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that all phases are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Scheduling: Create, monitor, and update detailed project schedules to ensure timely completion of all phases.
* Team Management: Directly oversee on-site personnel and subcontractors to maintain alignment with project objectives.
* Cost Control: Track and manage project budgets, closely monitoring expenses to prevent overruns.
* Safety and Quality: Uphold rigorous safety protocols and quality controls, conducting routine audits and assessments.
* Risk Management: Examine project documentation thoroughly to identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans.
* Client Communication: Act as the primary point of contact with clients, delivering regular updates on progress, budget, and schedule.
Requirements:
* 10+ years Construction experience.
* Good communications skills, written & verbal
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Excellent attention to detail & problem solving skills.
* Can work under pressure & has the ability to work to deadlines & targets.
* Computer literate with programmes such as word, excel, etc.
* Ensure Health and safety guidelines are being followed
