Senior Accommodation Supervisor
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our hotel team as a Senior Accommodation Supervisor. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the accommodation department, ensuring that all bedrooms and bathrooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities:
* To work closely with the housekeeping team to ensure that all areas of the accommodation department are clean and well-maintained.
* To be responsible for cleaning and maintaining public areas within the hotel.
* To provide excellent customer care to guests at all times.
Requirements:
* 2-3 years experience working in a similar role.
* To be fluent in English both written and spoken.
* To have excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* To be able to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
