What you'll do
* Gather and document detailed business and functional requirements
* Analyse business processes and data flows to identify AI opportunities
* Produce high-quality BRDs, user stories and requirement documentation
* Bridge communication between business users and development teams
* Support assessment, design, testing and pre-production phases
* Assist in planning and executing test cases and UAT
* Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to data governance standards
What you bring
* 3+ years' experience as a Business Analyst
* Strong experience writing user stories and detailed requirement docs
* Exposure to AI/ML, LLMs, RAG, vectorisation or similar technologies
* Experience supporting testing and validation phases
* Knowledge of Azure AI, Copilot Studio or Snowflake is beneficial
