Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and Implement Partner Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement a comprehensive partner strategy that aligns with our business objectives.
2. Identify and Recruit Partners: Proactively identify and recruit new partners across the EMEA region, leveraging your network and industry expertise to build relationships and drive opportunities.
3. Activate Partners: Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to activate new partners through training, planning, and joint go-to-market activities.
4. Host Strategic Partner QBRs: Develop and execute Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) with key partners, ensuring alignment on business objectives and identifying areas for growth.
5. Collaborate with Internal Teams: Foster strong relationships with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of partner-related initiatives.
6. Meet Revenue Targets: Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets from partner-sourced ARR.
