Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing finance function within a large, complex organisation. This role will partner closely with senior leadership across central functions, providing financial insight, governance, and decision support to enable effective strategic and operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities Act as a strategic Finance Business Partner to senior leadership teams across central functions Develop and embed effective financial processes and ways of working to support decision-making Own monthly, quarterly, and year-end cost reporting against budget, providing clear analysis and actionable insights Lead forecasting, annual budgeting, and multi-year planning processes for both operating and capital expenditure Proactively review, challenge, and validate financial plans, ensuring a deep understanding of underlying assumptions and key value drivers Utilise enterprise planning tools to support accurate forecasting and budgeting across multiple business areas Provide financial governance and risk oversight for designated corporate functions Deliver high-quality financial decision support and contribute to the delivery of functional and enterprise-wide strategies Support transformation and change initiatives through robust financial analysis Contribute to ad-hoc financial projects as required Candidate Profile Qualified accountant with a minimum of 3 years post-qualification experience Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint At least 1 - 2 years' experience in a commercial or financial business partnering role Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, interpretation, and planning Comfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail with the ability to manage competing priorities Resilient and adaptable, able to work to tight deadlines Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset Strong organisational and time-management skills What's on Offer Strong opportunities for career development and professional growth A collaborative and inclusive working environment Exposure to strategic initiatives and transformation programmes A flexible hybrid working model supporting both remote and on-site collaboration A culture that values innovation, continuous improvement, and employee contribution Skills: Financial Planning and Analysis Business Partnering
