About Your New Job
Deliver on-the-spot diagnostics and repairs, ensuring safety and quick resolutions.
Provide exceptional customer service and reassure members during stressful roadside situations.
Respond rapidly to breakdowns, flat tyres, battery issues, and a range of general vehicle failures.
Clearly communicate technical information and repair options to members with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain and operate equipment and fully-outfitted patrol vehicles to the highest standards.
Uphold rigorous safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and customers.
Accurately complete service reports and documentation for all call-outs and repairs.
Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and elevate complex repairs when needed.
What Skills You Need
QQI Level 6 Advanced Certificate in Motor Mechanics (apprenticeship completed).
Over 3 years experience working as a Mechanic.
Strong mechanical and electrical vehicle systems knowledge.
Full Driver's Licence essential;
Excellent communication and a proactive, team-oriented approach.
