Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and assist PICs in upholding strict compliance and care requirements.
Put audits, improvement plans, and quality assurance mechanisms into action.
Serve as an authority on updates to regulations, governance, and compliance.
Perform house audits, offer comments, and supervise remedial measures.
Examine and put into effect group policies and procedures.
Teach PICs and employees best practices for clinical governance and compliance.
Keep an eye on complaints, risk registers, incident reporting, and safeguarding.
Create reports on compliance and quality for the Board and Executive Team.
