Main Duties: Prepare surfaces and apply paint, varnish, wallpaper, and other finishes Repair drywall, patch holes, and perform touch-ups as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow hotel safety guidelines and procedures Communicate with team members and management regarding work progress and scheduling Assist with general maintenance tasks as assigned. Ensure all work meets safety standards and follows best practices. Work with the maintenance and grounds teams on projects as directed by the facilities and maintenance manager ?Key Skills: Proven experience as a painter (hotel or hospitality setting a plus) Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Familiarity with tools, materials, and techniques used in painting and finishing Ability to work independently and as part of a team Flexible schedule, including availability for weekends or evenings if needed Communication and intrapersonal skills, including customer service and dealing with hotel guests. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
