Your new company As Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will join a national charity that provides lifelong support for people born with illness and their families. Your new role is conveniently located in Dublin 7. Your new company requires you to join their team on a permanent basis. You will have hybrid and flexible working hour options. Your new role As Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will lead income development in a role that blends elements of fundraising, business development, and strategic partnership building. You'll play a key role in identifying and cultivating relationships with businesses, individuals, and partners that can help generate income. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, developing and managing revenue-generating relationships, driving strategic partnerships, completing grant applications, supporting the delivery of high-impact fundraising events, leveraging data for relationship building, providing supporter care, and all general administrative and ad-hoc duties that fall into your new role. This is a standalone role with no people management responsibilities. What you'll need to succeed To become Fundraising & Corporate Partnerships Manager, you will have a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the charity, community, or voluntary sector is a distinct advantage or in a business development role. You will have demonstrated success in identifying and building new business or donor relationships and be skilled in developing and delivering compelling proposals and presentations. Experience in managing supporter/donor journeys to increase engagement is essential. Strong IT skills with proficiency in CRM systems, donor databases and content management systems is required. This role requires excellent attention to detail along with strong communication, organisational and coordination skills. An understanding of corporate social responsibility (CSR) and experience engaging with corporate partners is clear and relevant examples of your transferable skills, you will be a very strong candidate for this role.
