This is an exciting opportunity to join this communications agency where finance plays a key role in driving business performance and decision-making.ResponsibilitiesThe Commercial Finance Business Partner will support commercial decision-making by delivering insightful financial analysis and partnering closely with non-finance teams.The role involves variance and profitability analysis, KPI tracking, budgeting support, and financial modelling to inform business performance.You will also support month-end and year-end processes, ensure compliance with financial controls, assist with audits, and contribute to the continuous improvement of financial systems and reporting tools.QualificationsDriven, part-qualified accountant with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for understanding how businesses operate.A Degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.A minimum of 1–3 years’ experience in a finance or accounting role with analytical exposure; advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, IF statements, data modelling, scenario analysis) are essential.Experience with BI or reporting tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) is advantageous.
