Finance Expert - Debt Markets and Derivatives **Job Description:** The Finance Experts in our company work closely with international clients on capital markets transactions executed in, through or out of Ireland. This includes structuring and documenting debt securities backed by a diverse range of assets. Key responsibilities include: * Working with clients to document all types of debt capital markets transactions. * Drafting offering documents (prospectuses) for standalone issuances and programme offerings. * Negotiating master agreements and credit support arrangements for derivative transactions. * Advising on related regulatory instruments such as Prospectus Regulation, Securitisation Regulation etc. -----------------------------------
